As well as being experienced in the UK's electricity, gas and oil sectors, Si has international experience in a number of different industries, using it to overcome business challenges.  He holds an MA (in Mathematics) from Lincoln College, Oxford and an MSc with distinction (in Nuclear safety, security and safeguards) from the University of Central Lancashire.

Si has had significant influence in multi-disciplinary environments; effectively communicating shared goals and visions between different operational areas, and between teams with different skill sets or cultures, from the boardroom to the shop floor.
